5 days late 3ish days long...

So my period, which is NEVER late, was five days late. At first it was spotty then it was for 3 days total. The thing is it wasn't consistent. At one point I thought it stopped all together bc I only bled for about a hour then not again til midday the next day. The third day I bled first thing in the morning when I wiped after going pee then nothing until after having sex that day. And even then it was not alot. And the second day it was heavy, but would stop for hours at a time. Anyone have an idea of what's going on?
