What day do you start testing?

Last month I just waited for my AF to show and didn't test. I kinda thought I would always just test if my AF ended up late or didn't show. But this month I am curious. I read that DPO11 is kinda the standard. If I am to believe my dr I am DPO11 today... Although glow thinks I am DPO6 based on my BBT. When do you ladies start testing?

If I ovulated when my dr said I did then my AF is aug17th but I when glow says I did then Aug 24th. So I am confused... At the moment I am going with what the dr said cuz he say my egg about to be released on the ultra sound so we would know better I would think ha ha.

I started testing from 10dpo...but it made me end up testing almost 4 times till AF came...the bfn upset me every single time.
