I'm currently 13 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I just had a Grande Very Berry Hibiscus drink not knowing we were supposed to avoid herbal teas and hibiscus tea being one of them. I did my research and miscarriage, early labor, premature birth and low birth weight were linked to the tea. I'm totally freakig out. I hope I'm okay. I need answers! Did anyone do something simliar and your pregnancy went fine without any conplications?
