TMI! Soft stools or diarrhea in the 2nd Trimester?

Cheyenne • I an 27 and I have a 3 year old boy, 6 year old boy, a 7 year old little girl, and 16 month old little girl
Since I have hit 13 weeks everything I eat goes right through me, even just bread or fruit. I have been drink lots of water so I don't think I'm getting dehydrated but it still worries me. Has anyone had this problem? Sorry of its tmi

I'm still always constipated but to much water can give you diarrhoea

Still constipated most of the time. It just won't go away.

So sorry! I'm sure you're uncomfortable. Have you heard of the B.R.A.T diet? It helps to form stools and you lose less fluids. Banana, rice, apple sauce, toast, and potatoes help too. In no saying to eat ONLY those foods but to include those foods daily. (Unless you don't tolerate them obviously). Good luck!

I've had soft-loose bms this whole pregnancy but at 13 weeks I had gastroenteritis and was hospitalized, didn't even realize how dehydrated I was until i had two and a half Iv bags of fluid go in and still barely peed! Keep hydrating yourself
