in the United states we don't have a gun problem, we have a people problem. People aren't raising their children with a strong enough value for human life.

Maybe I'm biased as an infantryman's wife, but guns aren't the problem. It's the people that are.

Spoons don't make people fat, cars don't get speeding ticket, guns dont kill people by themselves. What a PERSON chooses to eat and do makes them fat, PEOPLE get speeding tickets, PEOPLE kill people.

Taking away an American citizens right to protect themselves is not going to stop criminal activity. How many criminals do you think have legal registered guns.

If the crazy guy on the street is just gonna get an illegal gun to break into my house I'd rather be able to protect myself! Even if there are laws made as to who can have a gun people that are criminals that want them will find a way to get them! I have the right to be protected!

Guns aren't needed to kill. How many wars were fought without guns? How many civilizations came to be without the use of a single gun? Guns aren't violent, humanity is.
