I agree with the ladies. It won't hurt to use a light pad or a liner. Unless you're like I used to be and feel like a Depends couldn't help you.

It's up to you. Won't hurt if you do, won't hurt if you don't. If you're worried about leaking on your clothes or bed sheets, it's not a bad idea. I just got new bedding, and like a week after I got them, I bled all over my new comforter (which is WHITE BTW!!!!) Luckily I was able to get the stain out, but I was sooooo pissed!!!!!
