Yes! It helps me track down my period and when I should be expecting to have PMS so I can warn everyone around me. Haha

I think so. I might be using it less when I go back to college due to the fact I'll be studying all the time, but I'll visit occasionally to help some people in need and to chat.

There's so many uses to glow. I love that it reminds me of my birth control and when to expect my period. I also have just recently started birth control to regulate my hormones. This helps me track the symptoms and side effects of the pill. I really love this app.

Of course it is! I feel like glow is useful to men and women of all ages, as long as they have gone through puberty. I think it's a great app to help you keep track of your cycle because outside factors like stress can mess it up sometimes! It can remind you to take your BC pill and even help track your moods!

This app is one of two apps that I make time for. And I only get more addicted as time goes on. I love having a better idea of when my period is going to be, that it reminds me to take meds, the polls, the groups. It's great.
