Chemical Pregnancy: Ever had one?

Question

I think I may have had a "chemical pregnancy" (very early miscarriage) a couple months ago. I will never know for sure, but who else has experienced this? What symptoms did you have? Do you have a BFP and then get AF?

I had a chemical pregnancy last month and I agree it is a cruel emotional rollercoaster. Seeing a positive sign and getting your hopes up, just to find out days later by the dr that it was a Chem pregnancy (early miscarriage). Good news we don't have to wait, and we can try again immediately. Praying for no more and I can have a healthy baby soon enough!

Yes in July. Took early HPT. Then HCG. Miscarried a week later. Symptoms were boobs swelling, almost falling asleep at work, super emotional, like heavy PMS but more and just knew something was off. Period was super heavy for 2 days and ovulation came super late next cycle. No luck on that one. Now ttc month 3!

I just had one last cycle.. (AF came Aug 21st-26), I had a few vvvf pos but were def pos before tweaking.. Stomach upset and fatigue, muscle cramps in my feet.. Then neg any time I didn't test w FMU.. Then I got a positive around 130pm the day before AF was scheduled and 2 hours later - surprise, AF. It was confirmed w blood work it was a chemical :(

Yes a mmc at 3 months and then a chemical pregnancy. It was like a heavy period for me with brighter red blood (bright red is new and the darker it is means its old). Some don't experience the heaviness but see clotting. Some also have cramps and some don't. If you had a BFP then AF then you probably did have it. It is extremely rare to have a false positive.

I also had a chemical pregnancy. I had taken a blood test to find out it was a low pregnancy which I had to take estrodial & progesterone pills to hold the pregnancy but the following week or two When I had another blood test my results were low which lead to a miscarriage. But the nurse did say it doesn't look good & not to tell my family yet. :-(  we're still trying.

I have suspected this myself. I never got a positive, just had symptoms that were different from my normal pms symptoms and the period was extremely painful and heavy.
