No period for 2years?

I started my period when i was 11 And got put on the pill till i was 16 when i then changed to the jag. After about a year on that the docs changed me to the implant which i had for 2 years. Mu doc eventually took me off that though as i had put 5 stone on weight on over those 3 years. Problem is though i havent had a period since. Once i came off the implant i didnt start on anything else does anyone know what could be causing this as im extremely worried it could be my fertility ?
