I'm 30 and just had my third child. Almost died dire to hbp during labor. Dr says it could kill me if I have another. Or let God Handel it all?

do you really want to risk leaving your three children motherless I'd say it'd be pretty selfish to have another considering but thats just my opinion enjoy the ones you have while you're here

If I were you I would do anything I can to not get pregnant again, I would never do something purposely that could leave my 3 other children motherless.

Thank you all. I agree that I could never risk leaving my living my children for the unknown. It's just very hard when they tell you you can't. I do not work because I CHOSE to become a mother and the best that I could be. I wanted to be with them every second I could. And I guess deep down I feel like I'm failing at being a woman. And somehow a mother. It's crazy I know. But 3 kids will do that to you. :) thank you all for your honesty.

My mom had issues with blood pressure, gestational diabetes, and other issues while pregnant with me and my sister. After I was born, doc told her that, if she got pregnant again, there was a high chance it could kill her, the baby, or both. She got her tubes tied. If I were in that situation, I'd probably make the same call.

Many children in foster care who would love a loving home. It's different then ur own but love of a child is just that. I agree with most of the responses. Be the blessing you are for your current children.
