UTI :(
Might be some TMI in here: Think I'm getting a UTI. And it sucks!! Just started tonight. Right before I took a shower, I had to tinkle pretty badly. But as I was finishing, it started to hurt and I felt like I didn't empty my bladder all the way. Hubby got home from work and was sweet enough to go pick up some cranberry juice and Azo pills. I can't sleep because the urge to urinate is so strong :( been sitting on the potty all evening.
Chalking it up to all the BD we've been doing.
**BUT (this is when I make myself crazy...) I've read that many women have felt a UTI coming on, only to get a BFP soon after. Explanation being that hormonal changes from fertilization have effects on your bladder, urethra, etc. Causing pressure on your bladder, and your urethra to shorten making you more susceptible to infection.
I guess we will see, but man does this SUCK. Sorry for the choice of words! I've only had one other UTI about 6 years ago and it was awful. But if it could possibly mean a BFP, I will suck it up!
