What can I take for a cold?!

I'm so miserable, and I can't get ahold of my OB (for some reason, their phone has a busy signal for HOURS every day). I have a sore throat, cough, runny/stuffy nose, aching sinuses. I've tried benedryl, tea with honey, running a humidifier, lots of water, trying to sleep it off. Any suggestions? Summer colds are the worst. :(

I had really sever cold few weeks back too :( it was horrible!!! I suffered for two freakin weeks and my dr only gave me acetaminophen. He said that is the only safe medicine for preggos! 
​So you have to tolerate, but if you have flu then you should take acetaminophen coz the flu may hurt the baby!  If there is no flu then just use home remedies like honey lemon, chicken soup and hot water.

You can also go to your GP for concerns like that, they know what you are and aren't able to have.

According to the list I have you can take cough drops, robitussin dm or delsym, sudafed, threraflu or Tylenol cold, and mucinex or mucinex D. Mine also says to call for a fever over 100.4 F. Those are the guild lines for the office I go to.
