How much to pump for an outing
So I'm breast feeding but I'm planning on going out for dinner without my little one and won't be longer than 2and a half hours max. Should I even pump if I give her a really good feed before we go out or how much should I pump? Like in average how much should I pump for my 10 week old for every 2 hours I'm out ?
