Placenta lakes
I am 20 weeks exactly and just did my second trimester anatomy screening. My doctor told me everything looks normal except for the three large "placenta lakes" she found. She said it "shouldn't be" harmful but they are rare. Does anyone have further information on what causes them, if they're dangerous to the baby or how to get rid of them?
