Diagnosed today with pcos!

Heartbroken after 12months of TTC I have been diagnosed with pcos. Does this mean I won't have a baby? Can you ladies give me some advice or experience with this. I just got the news today and I will be starting trinesa today. Im so discouraged and heartbroken I don't know how to react.
