Switching Birth control - please help

Hello ladies,

I currently have a Mirena IUD, but I'm not exactly comfortable with it anymore. My longterm boyfriend and I decided to switch to nfp since I react badly to really any hormonal influence. I have decided to start tracking my temperature already (IUD supposed to be out end of November) to get the hang of it. Now to my question(s):

How will the Mirena influence bbt and cm?

Has anyone had experience with bbt/cm tracking as bc?

I'm desperately trying to find information on this specific situation.
