Physical test, no exceptions?

Im applying for a new job that would be such a great oppertunity for our family. I have waited years for this position to open. The thing is, you have to pass a physical fitness test. The hiring process is really quite long, and i would be looking at doing the portion probably in November. I will be pushing five months pregnant then. There are no exceptions (even though the job itself is not physical) and I really wasn't overly fit before I got pregnant. I don't want to pass this up. I'll obviously be talking to my doctor at at my next appointment but I'm really feeling torn about what to do.
