How can my husband help?

We just suffered our first miscarriage last week. With all the "I'm sorrys" and condolences, I've tried to convince everyone and myself that I'm okay, by answering the only thing that comes to mind when I hear it, "It's okay." It's really the only thing I can think of, but I realized yesterday that I am not okay. 
​My husband wants to help, and he asks how, but I can't think of anything. Does anyone know how he can help? I could use all the help I can get, especially from the man I love. Please give me any advice you can, as well as sending prayers.

Maybe a nice cuddle on the sofa with a cup of tea/ coffee, and just try to relax?

​Maybe he could help with the things you do most? Cleaning, cooking etc,

​Maybe a nice relaxing bath with candles and a scent you like.

​THINK POSITIVE, and keep trying, there is always ways to concieve! 
Don't let it change your views on pregnancy and trying to concieve.

​You could try "folic acid" for a month and then re-try :) folic acid helps

My husband and I also just had our first miscarriage. He asked the same question, and I don't know the answer. I did tell him that it's okay for me to cry if I need to and just give me a gentle hug or kiss on the forehead. Be there for him too, my DH took it great at first then finally felt it about two weeks later.

Honestly after I miscarried now twice it's kind of a time we need to just figure out things... My husband tried to be there to talk with and helped with food and cleaning but I found myself spiraling into a world I can't even explain I was and some days still feel the low feeling I felt.. I can't say it gets completely better because I still have a hole in my heart for my three babies, I tried to put everything in gods hands asking him to guide me on the right path.. Always here for you  if you want to talk .. I have no living children lost one baby in April 2013 and twins in January 2014.. God bless you!
