Chronic fatigue and pregnancy

I have chronic fatigue syndrome and I am 13 weeks pregnant. I have had to call into work a few times because the morning sickness has been so bad that when I finally stop vomiting, I am so exhausted and literally cannot move. Anyone else dealing with this? How are you coping? It's much more than just being fatigued... I'm worried ill end up on the "bad list" at work because of it!
