I was a little caught off guard because my symptoms have been polar opposites from those that I had with my first pregnancy. I was sure it was a girl until we saw boy parts. (I asked the tech to confirm!) 
​While I'm so glad that this little guy is well, I'm also mourning the loss that comes with not having a girl. No dresses, bows, someone to paint my nails with. On the other hand, I am excited for other things like reusing a lot of the boy stuff I paid a ton of money for, and not having to deal with girl drama.
