5weeks and no baby in the sac

Went to the ER and my test finally came postive. Last couple of days i went threw every pregnancy symptoms. Ultrasound couldn't find the egg at all. Currently I'm going threw bad spine pain but I'm not bleeding or no pain down there. This is my first pregnancy.
