Belly button moving

I went to a country concert today and it was about a 100 degrees out so as you can imagine when I got home I jumped right in the shower but the weirdest thing started happening.. My belly button started moving around. Kind of like jumping up. Then it shifted up and it's just kind of stayed there. Can anyone tell me what this might be? I was a little frightened when it started happening.
