Round Ligament Pains
Anybody else having round ligament pain? I am 16 weeks and was having pain in my lower abdomen near my hip bones on the left side...then the right side...then both! When I sneeze sometimes it is PAINFUL and then it was sore for a couple days after. It really scared me so I called the OB nurse and she said it was very normal in the second trimester...OUCH.
