Brushing teeth
Lately it's been so difficult to brush my teeth. I gag repeatedly and eventually it's so bad I give up and then have to try again an hour or so later. Anybody else figure out a way to reduce the gagging? I don't think it's the toothpaste because I've tried several! Sometimes I sing a song in my head which helps distract me a bit. Any other tips?
