Symptom spotting

Have you ever just had so many weird symptoms that you know you couldn't make them up? For me it's just too soon. I'm only 4 dpo and my hubby stinks to me all the time (he really doesn't usually I love his smell), my nipples hurt, I'm sleeping way better than I ever have, went from urinating 1 time per night to 4, everything stinks not just the hubs, head aches, cramping everyday since ov, back pain, pelvic pain, and I have nausea after eating. I just don't feel right. It's prob just the excess hormones because I had a really strong ovulation.
