Racing heart and palpitations

I have a normal resting heart rate of about 110 and since becoming pregnant (I'll be 5w tomorrow with 2 previous mc) my hr has increased even more and I've been getting severe palpitations.. My first dr appt is tomorrow and I plan on mentioning it to my ob but wonder if anyone has had experience with this before and what their dr did to help it.. It makes me very dizzy and gets hard to breathe.. Scary when it happens at work..
