I don't know about you guys but I come from a family where periods are heavy and cramps are painful. My periods get so bad that I end up vomiting and it happens each time Aunt Flo comes around. I'm tired of taking pills though it is a bit faster to get rid of the pain and flow. Does anybody know how to reduce the lengthiness of their periods and how bad their cramps get without taking any medication? Have you experienced this or know someone who has? Thanks
