Vitex
Just wondering what everyone's views on vitex are? I started taking it the start of my last cycle at the request of my naturopath. I won't be pregnant this month as I had a lap, dye test, hystoroscopy, d&c and cystoscopy around the time of ovulation so this month is out but just wondering what everyone else's experiences with it are.
