Anyone trying to gain weight?

Hello! Ive been battling my weight since Jr. High. Now that i want to get pregnent, gaining weight has become even more important! Im 5'2" and. 94lbs.

​I was wondering if there was anyone else trying to gain weght? Any tips? Stories?  Concerns?

I know what you mean. I'm 5'2" and i weigh 92lbs. I used to fluctuate between 98 and 95 (I've never gotten past 100), but i was going through a baaad breakup. That combined with my metabolism, my general anxiety, and my small appetite...i started losing weight at an alarming rate.

Im trying to gain weight so that people will stop teasing me about being tiny and so i would be a healthy weight, but no matter what i do, i cant gain more than 3lbs before it bounces back to 91lbs.
People think that it's only thick girls that have it rough, but people bully me all the time because of my weight and breast size :(

You could always try lifting weights. Muscle is heavier than fat. I know some girls, and guys, get scared of looking manly, but it takes a lot of time and effort for a women to gain muscle to the point of "looking like a man". Lifting will also require you to eat more too. Websites like bodybuilding.com can pretty much tell you everything you need to know. Good luck!

I'm 5'6 114lbs 29yrs old. My son is 17months now and I can't seem to keep weight on.  I'm currently ttc #2 and worried this is a potential issue  I hate when it's brought up and other women are like Oh I wish I had that problem etc

Long story! I'm 5 4 and 100lbs
All throughout my school years, my mom would pack me lunch. She never packed stuff that i liked so I gave most of my lunch away every day or threw most if it out. So my entire life I've only eaten around 1000-1700 calories a day. From me only eating some snacks and dinner for 12 years straight, I guess I messed myself up. I'm never hungry now. I'm keeping track if my diet on myfitnesspal and my calorie intake every week roughly looks like this; 1400, 1300, 1000, 1000, 1800, 1300, 1100
 My goal is 2200 but I can't even get close because I can't get hungry enough. I can't eat a lot at one sitting either or I'll get extremely bloated and feel sick.
So annoying being like this, I just want to be normal

I have always been really tiny. I use to be 97 lbs and im 5ft 5. I started drinking protien shakes(2 a day). One in the morning before i worked out. Then id go to the gym at night and lift weights and drink my second shake. I used gold standard protein powder and added rolled oats and a banana or two. Did that for a month and a half and got up to 108(the most i ever weighed) even though i was still on the low end of the scale for my height. Also made sure i didnt miss meals. Always eat eggs for breakfast!!! Really high in protein. Drink lots of water too. As much as you can. Try to have snacks in between meals too. Good luck!!! Ive struggled with it my whole life.

I'm 5'5 106lbs. The most ive ever weighed was 160 which was my senior year or well summer before senior year. I am trying to gain at least 20-30 lbs.

I had/have this problem. I tried using an app to track my calories but just ended up losing more weight. I don't know why but I just relaxed and made sure I snacked a good amount and now I'm holding steady at 127 and 5'7.

Story of my life. I'm naturally thin. I've started using myfitness pal to track my weight gain progress. Eat good fats like avocados & coconuts. Also, weight train since muscles weigh more than fat. If you can see a nutritionist or naturopath (second opinion from family doctor) to discuss possible underlining problems proventing you from gaining weight

Try the drink Ensure. It is tremendous in helping weight gain. It's delicious as well. They have vanilla, strawberry, chocolate & butterscotch.
If you have a hard time eating because you don't feel hungry, try the medication reglan. You're physician will have to prescribe it. 
Try sneaking in "hidden calories" such as juices. They're high in cals & muc easier to get those calories in than eating food.
