So AF is quite late, I took progesterone to start it as directed by my doctor and nothing! I did have a few cramps this morning but that's it. I got a bfn this morning and a negative opk. Since I don't know when I ovulate today was my first day opk testing. So I'm not sure what to do. I was thinking about maybe starting vitex to try and start my cycle but I'm not sure. What do you guys think I should do? Just keep waiting for a BFP or AF which ever decides to show? Or start taking vitex to hopefully jump start AF? Or something else? I'm getting impatient I wish one of them would show already!
