Breast feeding vs. pumping?

Question

I was just curious as to how breast feeding compared to pumping breast milk. My main concern is if the baby will take both. I have heard that many who pump milk end up not being able to breast feed anymore because the baby likes the bottle nipple better. The only reason why I am concerned is because I would like the experience of breast feeding but I know I won't have the time to solely breast feed. Help?

I've actually been doing breast feeding, pumping breast milk and giving it to her in a bottle, plus I give her enfamil prosobee once or twice a day. I've been doing it since she was born with no problems and she's almost 2 months now. My little one isn't picky as long as she gets food lol she's a little piggy :)

You could get the bottles that have the nipple similar to a human nipple that way it's not too different and the baby might switch back and forth easier

If you are going to express I advice you to do with you hands it ll make ur boobs less saggy unless you have a electric pump then it's fine:) ps all babies are different I've tried so hard with the bottle my little one doesn't take it so I bf ( she's 15 months) it's hard coz I go uni.

Soley breast feed for at least the first month or so. They like the bottle better because it comes out quicker. They have to work at breast feeding for the milk to come out. Also with pumping it may decease your milk supply. Pump at least every 2-3 hours on both sides for at least 15 mins.
