When are you more likely to excercise?

I exercise within 15/20 minutes of waking up. I drink a big glass of cold water and get right into it. I've found I exercise better on an empty stomach and eat a healthy breakfast afterwards. I've tried the afternoon/evening route and I tend to skip my workouts and have less energy. Morning workouts get my day right.

I marked between 2-6 because that's my preferred time but lately I've been working out at around 7 am

I work out twice a day: low cardio in the morning, and high intensity workouts after lunch. Because of my work hours, this is the only routine that actually works for me.
