Im a 29 year old female with a 7 yr old son, I have been off bcp since June, using no protection, having sex during fertility window...and nothing. Just got my period yesterday. I'm not even sure I'm ovulating because I would always get sore breasts the week before period, now I get nothing. I'm seriously considering not drinking any alcohol or caffeine this month and we TTC again, just wondering if anyone knows of any natural remedies to help fertility?
