Baptism/Christening Gift?

What do we get someone as a gift for the christening/baptism? We are going to one in Dec & I have no idea what to get. The baby will be +/- 3 months then. It's one of my DH's best friends.

I got a silver rattle with my name and birth date engraved on it. A pewter money bank shaped like a block letter. A peter rabbit china cup, plate & bowl. So something that can be a keep sake and important to them.

I've never been to one before, but since the baby is so little I wouldn't worry about something specifically for the child. Maybe a nice frame they could put a baptism picture into, or a spiritual decor piece for the nursery? People don't really do gifts at baptisms in my church, unless it's like a set of scripture or a small thoughtful gift.. But nothing is expected.
