Anyone using vitex too to help with TTC?

Yep! Started to take it in June because I didn't have a AF and it made me have one the next month and made them regular. 3 months of TTC hoping this is the month! Definitely recommemed it! I'm in dietetic school and work at GNC so I am educated on it as well!

I began taking vitex the day of my IUD removal, got a regular period two days later and then again yesterday, which was cycle day 29.  I've heard lots of women are irregular after they stop birth control, so I really think it was the vitex that helped regulate my body and hormones so quickly.
