Support please

I'm having all the signs of pregnancy. Missed AF (1 week), I've had a faint line pt, mood swings, food adversion, I had a brownish discharge (I thought it was implantation.) It lasted 2 days... I've taken way to many pt and all came back negative my last I saw a faint line.. I just had blood work done tonight and it came back negative. Someone help?
