It's not a bad thing. What I think they mean is that your SO is "storing" his sperm during that day of abstinence. So there is more if it the following day of activity. More sperm at the time if ejaculation is a better chance of at least one to reach the egg. Don't read too deep into the insights. They are there to help and guide you not demand you to do/not do something.
