I really wish that 18+ or married were two separate options. I do think you should wait til you're 18. But not til marriage. Its also a very personal decision. You shouldn't be pressured by what other teens are doing. I was 18. And I picked someone I trusted. I'm happy I fid it with who I did it with and that I was old enough to understand the consequences.
