Metformin an TTC?

Have any of you took metformin? If so what did it do for you? I just started it an seems its making my cycles irregular is this normal? Any advice or stories welcome please.... Thanks

I was put on 1500mg of metformin daily, was on it for 3 months and got my bfp 6 days ago. Miracles do happen ladies!!!!! ?

I was put on Metformin to help get pg with my second daughter. It worked within two month I had no side affects. I am still on it (boarder line diabetic)

Im on metformin for almost a year. My first cycle was crazy with it and then it went on to become normal until my 2 mc in April. I just finally regulated and my dr switched me from regular to extended release. If this 3rd month of extended release doesnt result in pregnancy they will put me back on regular metformin.

I am on metformin 750mg extended release twice a day. I started it at the end of March to lower testosterone as my ovaries were producing too much. My cycles were regular and stayed regular since on it. I get a little nauseous from time to time and sometimes headaches but that is the extent of it for me.

I was put on 250mg 2x daily a month ago. First week it hurt my stomach and made me go to the bathroom. No weight loss, no period, but I'm...wetter? (tmi) Was nearly none to begin with.

I used to be on it but I don't recall it making me irregular or anything. My mom started it and lost a lot of weight. I didn't lose any weight but then again she was diabetic, and I was "pre-diabetic"
