I decided I want to start getting healthy! I feel a lot of pressure from my job cause I work with at a wholistic health clinic and most of the girls I work with are Paleo-CrossFit chicks. My husband and I have been TTC for a quite a few months now and I've often wondered if the way we eat (which is not great) affected that. So he and I have decided to start making little changes to eat better, start being more active, and actually use our gym passes! No way could I ever be the CrossFit, whole day of meal prep kinda girl but I'm totally going to make little steps. Plus it will get me on the right track when we finally do get preggers and create good habits for after.
Anyone want to join in? We can motivate one another!
