Can you take anti inflammatories during your menstrual cycle when ttc, or should you not take them at all during your period for pain?

If it's during ur period it's OK. It is usually an issue further along in pregnancy. I would play it safe and nit take while pregnant.

Tylenol is safe to take during pregnancy (try to avoid it if possible, though), but during your period it's fine to take something for pain.  If you think you might be pregnant then I would stick with Tylenol instead of Advil  or Motrin.
