I've read that in order to confirm ovulation you should have three days of increasing temps after proposed ovulation date. It seems after your ovulation the temps went down and then up ... How did u determine ovulation? Opks ?

Mine is still going up 1 day before period.  I thought for sure I was Prego :( negative

I've also read that temps tend to stay high during the LP

I am not totally sure as I am new at temping but I just wanted to say I am 5dpo too and this is my first bbt chart. Based on everything I have read I think it is important that our temps stay high for the next couple of days. FX for you girlie!! Although I'm not sure... I THINK both of our charts are looking good. Did you use OPKs to confirm O?

​Also, can anyone help read mine? I believe I had a fallback rise but not sure?

Well let me tell u. I thought that  mine was rising and then today 14 dpo it dropped and AF this after noon
