TWW & Pelvic Pain

I'm three days into my TWW and I'm having some very noticeable right pelvic pain... I think it's more noticeable then it has been in the past and this time it's on the right side instead of the left side, where it usually is... I hope this is the month... My husbands birthday is in October and this would be perfect for a birthday surprise... Fingers crossed...
