Is it normal??

I am only 13 and my mom just died in May and I haven't had my period in almost two months now and I don't know if it is normal and all I have to go to for questions like this is my dad.

Have you had sex?  You could be pregnant if you did.

​This can be normal but im not certain if you are one of these girls.  This happened to my sister.  She got her peiod once, then didnt get it for a few minths.  Then she got it again an had a notmal flow and its was all normal.  Then it stopped again.  Its normal for some girls.

​Are you stressed or anxious? It may also be this.  That causes a delay but not usually that big.

​i would talk to your dad, though.  Its not just your dad you can go too.  You also have aunties, cousins and maybe even sisters.  Doctors also.  Dont just restrict yourself to your dad.  There are many more people.  Maybe a friend, older friend or even a friends mum.

Sounds like stress is causing your period irregularities. I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you have an unprotected sex.

have you been really active over summer or anything like that? sometimes activity can make it go away. Some of my friends and I cheer and do gymnastics and I know during cheer season sometimes We just skip it for a couple months.
