Hi im only 20 and just wondering what the TWW is between..? Like between when you had sex and are waiting or what? Thanks

The TWW is between DPO 1 and DPO 14.

DPO is days past ovulation. So if you ovulated on the 10th, the 11th would be DPO 1.

DPO 14 is usually when your period arrives. The time between ovulation and your period is called the Luteal Phase, and most women have a 14 day phase, though not all of us do.

DPO 14 is usually when women take a pregnancy test, as it is the most accurate when your period is late. Hope this helps!
