Has anyone ever skipped a cycle?

Just wondering if anyone on here has ever skipped a menstrual cycle, still had all the symptoms of af but it just never came, feel like this happened to me I had the copper iud (non hormonal, so doesn't interrupt cycle) removed on aug 6th 2014 and still no period?! Any suggestions?

Yes I have skipped 3 consecutive times and wasn't pregnant and period came back on time ever since

That has happened to me. I swore I was pregnant but tested and was negative. Then was back on track with the next cycle. I have no idea why.
