my SO and I been TTC for 2year and we had a lil fight and stopped talking for 2 wk and his ex is having his baby she dont want it she say we can have the baby or she will get rid of it my SO says he dont want it cus its nit with me what should I do

Wait so they already have a child together or he had sex with his ex in the two weeks you had a fight and she's pregnant now?

If you are comfortable taking care of that baby and you really want it then talk to your boyfriend.  But keep in mind that you guys have broken up before and that if he leaves, you are still responsible for that child. also you should make sure you are going to love the baby unconditionally. If you can't support it and your man doesn't want the child then putting it up for adoption is what they should do.

If it's his child and he's able to take care of it then he should if the alternative is foster care/adoption but you'll need to have a hard think about whether you can do that. I'm guessing he cheated on you or slept with her when on a break?

This is such a weird situation. You said you were ttc with him for two years..did he cheat and make a baby with someone else. How could u even want to take her baby??? Tho his behavious is questionable he made the baby and he should look after it!! Sounds like he's a bit of a disaster

Personally I wouldn't take the baby, cause you want your own, so why take someone else's baby; in the back of my mind I'd always be thinking I wish he/she was actually my baby

Idk...I probably would take the baby because its would be my husbands, but she would have to sign over her rights! I would adopt it and become the parent. My husband wouldn't be going around making babies that he doesn't plan to take care of. I think it's crazy that in a two week break he had sex with an ex...
