​I'm 6dpo now, today I've had terrible nausea & when I brushed my teeth my gums bled quite a bit (YUCK).

​I'd say 7dpo is still early to test and you probably will get a BFN. Try and wait until the day AF is due if you can :)
​If not then I got a BFP at 12dpo with my daughter so try then?

It could be too early but it is really only you who can decide. How will you feel if you get a bfn?
