Very painful breasts

I have been taking prescription prenatals (Nestabs) for about a month now. Before that I had been taking folic acid pills for a few weeks. I feel like ever since I have taken either one of these, my breasts have been in tremendous pain. I've gone up a cup size and they have just filled out all over. This pain is no joke, either. A light graze when getting ready in the morning is uncomfortable.
