Coffee or tea while pregnant?

I know you're not suppose to drink it unless decafe but with already being tired a lot I would love a normal coffee. What are some substatutions?

I'm pretty sure you're allowed to have up to two cups of coffee daily. I still drink tea every day because it has way less caffeine than coffee and I switched to tea around a year ago. I still allow myself a small cup of coffee on Saturdays and Sundays too

You can have coffee while pregnant. You just have to monitor your caffeine intake (remember it is in things like chocolate as well). I stick mostly to decaf but sometimes when I have a headache, I will have a small cup of the real stuff. In small quantities, it is fine.

You can have both in moderation! Try not to have more than two cups per day. Chocolate and cola has caffeine in it as well.
